This Boiled Eggs Diet Can Help You Lose up to 10 kg Weight in Just 14 Days

  • Dinner: 1 orange, some salad, and 2 eggs.

Wednesday

  • Lunch: Salad and chicken.

Saturday

Sunday

  • Breakfast: 2 eggs and 1 piece of citrus fruit.
  • Lunch: Steamed vegetables and chicken.
  • Dinner: The same as for lunch.
